30 Day Refund or Returns Policy
We’re committed to your satisfaction. If you need to exchange or request a refund, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to do so. Simply contact us via our janice.viescas@festivitiesbyjanice.com, explaining the reason for your exchange or return, and we’ll respond within 48 hours.
*If the item(s) is bought on final clearance, we will not be able to refund or exchange the item. If an item goes on final clearance after you purchased it, we will happily refund the amount that you paid.
Refunds will be credited in the original payment form, such as credit cards or PayPal. We process refunds promptly, although your financial institution may take up to 20 days for finalization. To monitor your order transaction,kindly log in to your account on our website.
Holiday returns: Returns or exchanges are handled differently. Because many of the purchases are gifts, we are happy to extend the return window January 31, of the next year. For example, if you buy a product on November 15, 2023, you have until January 31,2024 to return or exchange the item.
